Late night still on the case! Immerse yourself in a cinematic noir world with this atmospheric chill electronic soundtrack.
Conception
This is an improvisation done in two shots. It started so mysteriously with this bassline, I was about to quit the case, I was painted into a corrner. I came back to delete everything two days later. But before pressing the nuke button, I decided to give it a shot and layer the other elements of the story instead.
Polyrhythm?
The track is written in 7/8 time signature, yet the percussion elements follow 6/8 and 3/8. Watch this breakdown of the percussion!
